Colville is implementing a pilot program for pedestrian crossing flags to be put along parts of Main Street. If you live in Colville, or are visiting, will you use them? Do you think they will help? Do you think drivers will see the flag and stop sooner?

Welcoming refugees

Newly elected Mayor Shelby Rognstad proposed a resolution to welcome refugees into Sandpoint, Idaho. Rognstad reasoned that Sandpoint is a tolerant, diverse and non-discriminatory city, but many residents of the town spoke out against the proposal. How would you feel about refugees being welcomed into your town?

Colville School District Board Meeting results
